Copyright Law in the European Union, the United States and China

چکیده
Abstract This study juxtaposes copyright law in the European Union (EU), United States (US) and People’s Republic of China (China). After mapping major differences similarities between three jurisdictions, possible reasons will be explored for divergence convergence detected.
